Meet Cristalyn Sageser Parten, your neighborhood pharmacist. Born and raised just a stone's throw away in Cotton Center, Cristalyn understands the value of community and the importance of a local pharmacy in keeping that community healthy and thriving.
Education
Cristalyn earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center School of Pharmacy, Abilene Campus, building a solid foundation of knowledge and expertise. Prior to that, she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Technology from Texas Tech University.
Experience & Expertise
After completing her studies in 2012, she dove headfirst into gaining practical experience in the field. She honed her skills at CVS Pharmacy in Abilene and Best Discount Pharmacy in Lubbock, where she absorbed invaluable insights and best practices from these esteemed establishments.

Cristalyn's heart always remained in her hometown. She longed to give back to the community that shaped her, and in 2023, she seized the opportunity to purchase the long-established King Pharmacy in Abernathy. Since then, she has been on a mission to provide innovative pharmaceutical solutions and personalized care to the residents of Abernathy and beyond.

Outside of work hours, you'll often find her supporting her three young boys with their livestock projects and sports activities, or rolling up her sleeves to help her husband Chance on their family farm.
